A date has been set for the auction of a popular Scarborough pub.

The Tennyson Arms, on Dean Road, is listed online with a starting price of £200,000, a reduction on the original starting price of £240,000.

According to its listing on property website Right Move, it is a “mock Tudor-style freehold pub” which has two bars and comes with a six-bedroom maisonette above.

There is a front bar with fixed perimeter seating as well as a back bar with access to a cellar.
