Free bag of chocolate hearts for first 100 customers at Scarborough's Crofts on Mother's Day
A Scarborough chocolatier is treating mums and other female relatives in time of Mother’s Day next month.
Crofts Chocolates in Newborough will give the first 100 customers through its door on Saturday March 21 a free bag of chocolate hearts.
Crofts Chocolates, who won a DeliciouslYorkshire Taste Award, would like to help customers old and new celebrate Mother’s Day with the special free gift.
Alex Grant, co-owner of Crofts, said: “We all appreciate the female role models in our lives: mums, daughters, aunties, sisters, grandmothers and so on. This promotion is partly to say ‘thank you’ for all the hard work they do, day in, day out.”
Alex’s mum, Sheila, helped found the business which is now in its seventh year of trading.
Alex said: “We would also like to thank all our customers for their continued support of our business and we hope to run a similar promotion for Father’s Day in June.”
