After much time researching, learning the trade and buying the equipment needed, Fusco Brothers Gelato was born.
“The incredible flavours and the smoothness of gelato has always impressed me and I wanted to share this experience in Whitby ” added Stuart.
The Fusco brothers now make their own gelato and sell it at their fish and chip establishments in Whitby and in Robin Hood’s Bay at Fish Box.

Stuart believes it to be the ultimate seaside experience.
“What could be better? A day at the seaside, with fresh air, seafood, fish and chips, followed by premium artisan gelato," he said.
Fusco Brothers Gelato is sold at Quayside, on the restaurant menu and available to take-away from their kiosk (next to the take-away), Fish Box Robin Hoods Bay, Royal Fisheries, Whitby and Betsy and Bo in Staithes.
