Bridlington Mayor’s thank you following Civic Dinner
The Mayor of Bridlington, Councillor Angela Walker, has thanked everyone who made her recent Civic Dinner a success.
The event took place at Belvedere Golf Club on Saturday, March 7.
The evening celebrated the outstanding work of just some of the local groups, and their representatives who help enrich Bridlington.
The dinner raised more than £1,000 for the mayor’s chosen charities: the New Pasture Lane Community Centre and Motor Neurone Disease Yorkshire Coast Group.
A Bridlington Town Council spokesperson said: “Special thanks should be given to Four Seasons for the beautiful flowers, Just Coz for the evenings entertainment, Rev Neil Bowler for providing grace, and Belvedere Golf Club for the lovely venue.”
