Sessions feature rotating local health and wellbeing instructors offering practices such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, tai chi, sound baths, creative writing or gentle movement, finishing with a hot drink and conversation.

Monthly sessions are run at four community venues across Scarborough:

  • Second Tuesday of the month: Beeforth’s Hive
  • Third Monday of the month: The Royal Hotel
  • Last Tuesday of the month: Eastfield Library

All sessions are from 10.30 to 11.30am with no advance booking or payment is required.

Alongside the funded morning sessions, Scarborough Wellness CIC also offer a monthly Meditation & Mindfulness Class on the last Monday of the month at Beeforth's Hive, with a suggested donation of £8–£10 to cover operational costs.
