Scarborough's Northstead Primary School forced to close for the day
Pupils at Scarborough’s Northstead Primary School have been asked to stay at home today (Monday, December 11).
The school has been forced to close following the breakdown of the central heating and hot water system.
Parents were notified of the closure by text message and will be kept updated as the day progresses, however, the school office informed the Scarborough News that they expected the closure to be ‘just for today’.
