With the sun shining, we'd usually expect the Yorkshire Coast to be bustling with people over Easter weekend.

But this year saw dramatically different scenes as residents and those from further afield heeded government advice and stayed at home during the coronavirus lockdown. Here are 28 photos showing a very different Easter weekend in Scarborough.
