Scarborough Council is quizzing the borough for its Covid-19 Impact and Perception survey, which will be running until July 27.

The survey asks people what has been their biggest concern during the pandemic, if they feel they will be able to recover financially and how they have been able to keep up-to-date with information from the council and the government.

A Scarborough Council spokesman said: “In times of crisis, communities are increasingly reliant on the valuable services provided by local government.

“Local authorities across the country have radically reshaped their organisations and their services to meet the challenges Covid-19 presents.

“Many will be keen to ensure that their efforts and resources are best targeted to meet the needs and requirements of the communities that they serve.

“The coronavirus has significantly impacted the lives of people within the UK. Scarborough Borough Council is working hard to support both local businesses and residents during this unprecedented time.
