9. How to wash your hands properly
You should wash your hands for the amount of time it takes to sing "Happy Birthday" twice (around 20 seconds), using enough soap to cover your hands and warm water. You should rub all parts of your hands when washing them, including between your fingers and the back. Use hand sanitiser when soap is not available.
10. Treatment for COVID-19
There is currently no specific treatment and antibiotics do not help, as they do not work against viruses. Treatment aims to relieve the symptoms while your body fights the illness. You'll need to stay in isolation, away from other people, until you have recovered.

The COVID-19 pods and drive through testing service are not a drop-in service or a self-referral for testing and only available after a 111 referral. An isolation ward has been set up at the hospital to treat severe and suspected cases.
