Staycations have been a popular choice this year due to foreign travel restrictions, with a reported 18 million car journeys taken over the August bank holiday weekend alone. But for many drivers, the journey has been a rough ride across much of England’s road network, with as many as one in 20 B and C roads currently in need of maintenance. Here are the worst maintained local roads in towns and cities across England, according to data from Citroën UK.
