The festive fun was in full swing at Malton over the weekend, with the return of the much-loved Christmas market in Yorkshire's food capital.

More than 75 food and craft stalls welcomed shoppers with a wide array of cheeses, cakes, cured meats, sweet treats, a tipple or two, and a variety of unique gifts.

The popular festive attraction included a programme of live entertainment, how-to's, and live cookery demonstrations and was recently named as one of the best Christmas markets in the UK.
