Yorkshire Children's Trust are offering free counselling support to children and their families by Skype, email and telephone and mental health worksheets during the lockdown.

Sarah Thompson, social worker & counsellor for the trust said: “It's good to talk. Mental health matters.

“If your child is finding the lockdown difficult or your family is struggling to deal with the diagnosis of an illness or disability, Yorkshire Children's Trust is here to help.

“Even in this lockdown the charity is here to offer support with free Skype sessions which can be also accompanied with parent support calls and mental health worksheets.”
