New look for Botham’s of Whitby in Sleights

The shop is the last of the company’s four Whitby shops to open, with Skinner Street, Enterprise Way and Baxtergate having already welcomed customers.

The Sleights shop will be open from Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 3.45pm and regulars may notice a few changes to the way they normally do their shopping.

A spokesperson for the company said: “We are encouraging customers to place their order online at Botham.co.uk or phone ahead to pre-order on 01947 602823 the working day before.

“When visiting Sleights shop to collect your order, the entrance will now be found at the rear of the shop via Lowdale Lane. This is to ensure a safe area for outside queuing which is away from the busy Coach Road.

"Two customers can safely stand inside the shop at one time, before exiting onto the pavement at Coach Road where you can admire our new sign to mark the occasion.”

MD Jonathan Botham said: “We look forward to welcoming our regular and new customers back to Bothams in Sleights.”
