I tried three new Starbucks menu items - they reminded me of a nostalgic Christmas

Starbucks has launched its Christmas 2025 items 🎄

  • I tried three new items from Starbucks’ Christmas 2025 range
  • I tried the Chocolatey Mousse Latte, Festive Turkey Sandwich and Chocolate Babka
  • I was very impressed with the festive flavours

Starbucks has launched its Christmas 2025 range, and I tried three of their brand-new menu items.

Starbucks kindly sent me a brand-new hot drink, sandwich and sweet treat to try, and I was very impressed with the festive offerings.

The hot drink I tried was the Chocolatey Mousse Latte, which is a blend of espresso and nutty flavour sauce, combined with steamed milk and topped with chocolatey cream and cocoa powder.

I’m not usually a fan of chocolate, but this combination was absolutely delicious. The flavours really tasted like a nostalgic Christmas, when I would indulge more in chocolate treats and hot chocolate.

I also think it is an ideal hot drink for those who are more inclined to purchase a hot chocolate, but are wanting to start drinking coffee. This is because it wasn’t very strong, and the chocolate notes were stronger than the espresso.

The Chocolatey Mousse Latte is also available as an iced version.

The sandwich I tried was the Festive Turkey Sandwich, which features sliced turkey breast, with sage and onion stuffing, cranberry sauce, hickory-smoked bacon, turkey gravy and soft cranberry bread.

I absolutely love turkey, but funnily enough I do only tend to eat it around the festive period.

I really enjoyed the Festive Turkey Sandwich, as again it had all of the flavours of Christmas, reminding me of the legendary Christmas dinner. The cranberry bread is something I’ve never tried before, but really enjoyed.

Finally to finish, I tried the Chocolate Babka, which is hand-braided sweetened dough plaited with chocolate, topped with a chocolate ganache.

This particular sweet treat was very chocolatey, and very filling due to its size and thickness of the dough. I did enjoy it, but I do think it was slightly dry.

Overall though, I think that Starbucks has really done well with its Christmas menu items and I was delighted with the festive flavours.
