Scarborough Spa cliff lift to reopen plus the return of indoor dining - this is when they will happen
Scarborough Spa enter the second phase of its reopening with the venue’s cliff lift back in operation from Saturday April 23 at 10am.
After a period of maintenance, testing, staff recruitment and training the funicular will be initially in operation on Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 4pm before opening seven days a week from the Spring Bank Holiday.
The venue’s bar and restaurant Farrer’s also continues its phased reopening with a new outdoor seating area now available.
Located on The Spa Terrace with great views across South Bay, alfresco dining will be available on weekends between 9am and 4pm with hot food being served until 3pm.
Internal dining returns from Saturday May 22 while applying the rule of six/two household Government rule for meeting inside.
