An air ambulance was called to an accident on the Yorkshire Coast.

The helicopter from The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) landed close to the A171 near Scaling Dam, outside Whitby, at around 2pm yesterday.
Police and paramedics from Yorkshire Ambulance Service were also at the scene.
