Ant was in first and out like a Ninja when he played the Spa

The former Special Forces hero turned tv action celebrity was greeted with thunderous applause as he took to the stage after a dramatic introduction.

The 5ft 8ins bearded action man generated more than a little swooning from some members of the audience as he talked candidly about his life lessons learned in the armed forces.

Ant proved to be both a fantastic entertainer and orator commanding the stage with skill and perfect poise.

He interacted cheekily with the audience at times but brought his message of positivity to a packed house at the Spa.

The evening was also interspersed with clips from his Who Dares Wins series and his Captain Bligh Mutiny adventure.

He recounted some behind-the-scenes stories from both series.

The common theme was resilience and showing grit and determination to succeed through adversity.

Ant continued to motivate the audience from the stage, explaining how we can all triumph and overcome our own ‘fear bubbles’ to achieve success through a positive mindset.

He talked about his own failure and success which is well documented in his new book First Man In.

As the evening drew to a close Ant thanked the audience and like a master ninja, he was gone in a flash, leaving the audience ready to take on the world with new found motivation vigour and the urge to do a few press ups.
