Busted enjoyed unrivalled success a decade ago. The Essex boys’ whirlwind career spawned eight top three singles including the massive Year 3000, Crashed the Wedding and Thunderbirds, four number ones, two platinum-selling albums and two Brit Awards.

They split in 2005 when Charlie Simpson left to focus on his alternative rock band Fightstar.

The crowd at Scarborough certainly appreciated hearing all the old hits again and the concert provided a fitting conclusion to the packed 2016 season.
