Chicken nuggets cause fire at Scarborough home

The team were deployed to Beulah Terrace at 4.54pm on Saturday where the fire in the oven had caused smoke logging.

The crews ventilated the property.

Later on Saturday, at 9.21pm, firefighters were called to a front door on fire at a block of flats in Scarborough.

The flames, which were out by the time the crew arrived, left a burn mark to the door.
