David Andrew Baker, 28, of Milton Avenue: fined £420 plus £127 costs and banned from driving for 12 months for drink-driving.

Rachel Pickering, 30, of Middlewood Meadow, Fylingthorpe: fined £120 plus £105 costs and banned from driving for 18 months for drink-driving.

Ruben Botterill Rewcroft, 19, of Raincliffe Avenue: fined £80 plus £50 compensation and £105 costs for assaulting a police officer.

Paul Craig Addinell, 35, of South Street: jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, including 12-week curfew and rehabilitation activity requirement, plus total of £520 compensation for thefts and criminal damage at Scarborough Camping and Caravanning Club site in Field Lane, and possessing cannabis.

Angela Harris, 38, of Pavilion Terrace: community order made including six-week curfew, plus £60 costs, for theft of a pair of jeans from Next in Scarborough.

James Robert Hetherington, 21, of Kealia Court, Wooler Street: community order made including eight-week curfew, plus £100 compensation, for assaulting a police officer and breaching a community order imposed for criminal damage.

Janet Paley, 25, of Alma Square: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and exclusion order for 12 months from the Co-op, Westwood, plus £11.50 compensation, for theft of food from the Co-op and breaching a community order imposed for criminal damage.

Mark Andrew Pittam, 49, of Albemarle Back Road: community order made including 120 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, £145 costs and banned from driving for 24 months for failing to take a breath test when suspected of a motoring offence.

Keith Ronald Stevenson, 40, of Elders Street: jailed for three weeks, plus £80 costs, for assault.

Nicola Anne Johnson, 32, of Albemarle Crescent: discharged conditionally for 12 months, plus £100 costs, for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Liam Shaun Kitching, 31, of North Marine Road: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement, plus £213.50 compensation for handling stolen goods and failing to surrender to custody.

William Brown, 28, of Dundas Gardens, Whitby: discharged conditionally for six months, plus £15 costs, for assault.

Joshua Frazer Clarke, 27, of Southlands Grove, Newby: fined £135 plus £20 costs for failing to surrender to custody.

Dennis Alan Healer, 42, of Gladstone Road: discharged conditionally for three months, plus £100 costs, for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
