Paul Kevin Atchinson, 40, of North Marine Road: jailed for 26 weeks for damaging a gaming machine at Olympia Leisure, jointly stealing money at Olympia Leisure, and committing an offence during a suspended sentence imposed for burglary.

Thomas John Mark Butler, 27, of Friargate: discharged conditionally for one year, plus £100 costs, for possessing cannabis.

Ian Thomas Peter Leybourn, 31, of Oxford Street: jailed for 12 weeks, plus £28 compensation, for theft of a coffee machine from Debenhams, and theft of headphones and mobile phone dock from Boyes.

Jack Cameron Low, 24, of Lairs Crescent, Snainton: fined £345 plus £120 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Mark Whitfield, 40, of Royal Avenue: community order, including treatment for alcohol dependency, plus £21.50 compensation and £85 costs for theft of a bottle of gin from the Co-op, Westwood Road, and theft of lager from Sainsbury’s.

Sharon Colmer, 42, of Norwood Street: community order, including treatment for alcohol dependency, plus £5 compensation and £40 costs, for theft of a bottle of wine from Spar stores.

Nicholas Dereck Ingram, 48, of Queens Terrace: fined £80 plus £105 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Neil Palmer, 55, of Village Road, Wilsthorpe, near Bridlington: fined £80 plus £105 costs for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Jeffrey Neil Sygrove, 34, of Crown Crescent Back Road: discharged conditionally for 12 months, plus £100 costs, for drunk and disorderly behaviour at West End Garage, Seamer Road.

Jacob Paul Tasker, 20, of Row Brow Court: fined £120 plus £105 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for handling stolen goods.

Kieron Philip Shepherd, 22, of Commercial Street, Malton: jailed for four years suspended for 12 months, including drug rehabilitation requirement, plus £217.93 compensation, for thefts, failing to surrender to custody and original offences for which a community order was made of possessing cannabis, theft, assault and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Andrew John Lorains, 45, of Greenlands Road, Pickering: fined £155 plus £105 costs for drink-driving.

Annmarie Marie Earl, 30, of Grosvenor Road: discharged conditionally for nine months plus £15 costs for possessing cannabis and possessing amphetamine.

Angela Rose Perry, 50, of Birch Grove, Sleights: fined £100 plus £145 costs and banned from driving for 42 months for drink-driving.

Emma Jane Cone, 21, of Colescliffe Road: fined £120 plus £105 costs and banned from driving for 12 months for driving with excessive level of cannabis in her blood.

Alexander Cook, 21, of Carr Lane, East Ayton: fined £300 plus £115 costs and banned from driving for 20 months for drink-driving.

Fiona Davidson, 43, of Wold View, Huttons Ambo: community order including drug rehabilitation requirement plus £145 costs for theft of perfume, possessing valium, a class C controlled drug, failing to surrender to custody and breaching a community order imposed for fraud.
