A closure order for the property on Victoria Road was granted at Hull Magistrates' Court following anti-social behaviour in the area, said police.

“I want to thank all of the local residents for continuing to report anti-social behaviour and criminal activity, and to the partner agencies for their support in the closure," said Neighbourhood Community Beat Manager PC Zoe Messenger.

“We are aware of how crime of this nature, in your local area, can impact your sense of safety and wellbeing. Due to this, it’s not something we’re prepared to tolerate.
