Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and affray following incident at building site in Seamer
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and affray following an incident in Seamer.
Police were called to a building site on Beacon Road around 8.55am on Saturday November 30 after receiving reports that a man had suffered serious injuries after being hit by a digger.
The injured man, who is aged in his 30s, was airlifted to James Cook Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Officers arrested the driver of the digger, also aged in his 30s, on suspicion of attempted murder and affray. He has since been released on conditional bail while the investigation continues.
