Man charged with attempted robbery in Scarborough
A Scarborough man has been charged following an attempted robbery.
Police received a report at 9:24am on Wednesday morning (February 26) of an attempted robbery at a retail premise in Scarborough.
The suspect had left the store empty handed.
CCTV operators guided officers in and the suspect was arrested at 9:26am on Castle Road.
The suspect, a 35-year-old Scarborough man, will face York Magistrates this morning (February 27).
