Police appeal as thieves steal from flatbed van in Scarborough

The duo, a man and a woman, were seen on CCTV stealing a wheelbarrow from a flatbed van.

The theft happened on Vine Street at about 9.30pm on Wednesday March 24, when the van was parked up.

Officers are asking that anyone who recognises either of the people pictured or has information, to come forward.
