Police CCTV appeal after champagne and vodka stolen from Scarborough Sainsbury's store

Police have issued CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after champagne and vodka bottles worth around £190 were stolen from Sainsbury’s in Scarborough.

It happened between 5pm and 5.20pm on Friday April 12 when a male walked into the store on Falsgrave Road, picked up champagne and vodka bottles, before leaving the store without attempting to pay for the items.

People urged to contact North Yorkshire Police if you recognise the man pictured on CCTV, as he may have information that will assist the investigation.
