The most recent incident took place on November 19, a nail was found in the tyre of a local residents car, the third incident of its kind against the same vehicle.

All three were repaired by a local garage over the past 11 months and deemed by the garage staff to all be deliberate criminal damage due to the location and depth of the nails.

Anyone who saw a Range Rover being tampered with, or someone acting suspiciously around one parked on Norman Close or Castlegate, Pickering is asked to email [email protected].
