Scarborough man wanted for breaching Slavery and Trafficking Risk Order
Robert Chinchen, aged 36, from Scarborough (with connections to Leeds) is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his Slavery and Trafficking Risk Order.
Extensive enquiries have been ongoing to locate Chinchen and North Yorkshire Police have now launched an appeal to locate him.
A police spokesperson said: “We believe Chinchen is likely to be in the Scarborough or Leeds area.
“He is describe as white, slim and around 5ft9in tall.
“If you see him, or have any information about his current whereabouts, please call North Yorkshire Police on 101. If the sighting is immediate, please call 999.
“Alternatively, you can pass on information anonymously through independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or via their website.
“Quote reference number 12260016085 when providing information.”
