Crews from Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay were sent to Spital Bridge at 12.39am on Saturday where they found the caravan well alight.
The teams used one main jet, breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera to put out the blaze.
They say the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
