James Paul Reynard, 39, of St Sepulchre Street: community order made, including exclusion order for 12 months from Tesco in Westwood, and rehabilitation requirement, and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for jointly stealing £43.95 food and alcohol from Tesco.

Claire Anne Ross, 34, of Mount View Close: jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge, for jointly stealing £43.95 food and alcohol from Tesco, breaching a community order, and original offences of thefts from Holland and Barrett, Poundland, Debenhams and Morrisons, and assault.

Joshua Tinkler, 19, of Mayfield Road, Whitby: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £120 and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for deleting internet and app history, thus breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

February 27

Scott Charles Kerr, 32, of Westbourne Grove: community order made, including 60 hours' unpaid work over 12 month, and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for failing to comply within terms of Sexual Offences Act 2003 by failing to notify of no fixed abode status.

Aaron Brian Bailey, 35, of North Marine Road: community order varied, including addition of 28-day electronically monitored curfew, for failing to comply with community order by tampering with curfew device and failure to comply with curfew requirement.

Kia Lauran Martel, 22, of Damson Court, Malton: discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £21.64 compensation, £21 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for three charges of theft of food and alcohol.

Benjamin William Porter, 21, of Roscoe Street: jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs, and restraining orders made, for two charges of assault.

Terri-Marie Watts, 27, of Wreyfield Drive, Newby: jailed for seven days for failing to comply with aupervision requirements following release from prison.
