Three males sought after several vehicles damaged in Scarborough

Police have appealed for help to identify three males who were seen in the area

Police in Scarborough are appealing for witnesses after a number of vehicles were damaged in the area of Oriel Crescent.

Officers attended the area soon after 3am on Thursday morning (April 10) and found several vehicles which had been damaged.

They were given a description of three males, dressed in black tracksuit bottoms and hoodies.

It was reported that they left Oriel Crescent towards the UTC on on Ashburn Road and the Weaponess Valley Road area.

The Neighbourhood Team has since conducted house to house enquiries and to spoken to victims.

A pokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “We are appealing for any residents in the area who may have CCTV, doorbell cameras, dash cams etc, to please check your footage for around the time to see if anything was captured.
