Two men arrested after teenager taken to hospital following assault in Bridlington

A 17-year-old youth was reportedly knocked unconscious during the incident, outside the Hook and Parrot pub on Esplanade, just before midnight on Saturday November 16.

A 20-year-old and an 18-year-old man have been arrested following the incident.

The youth was taken to hospital for treatment to a head injury.

A spokesperson from Humberside Police said: "We’re appealing for witnesses to this incident.

"In particular we would like to speak with a woman with dark hair who was wearing a white coat and black boots who was stood nearby and could have important information."

The two arrested men have been bailed to appear at a police station next month.
