Two men to appear in court charged with vehicle offence
Two men have been charged with tampering with vehicles in Scarborough.
The 49-year-old and 31-year-old were arrested in North Marine Road on Tuesday September 28.
They are due to appear before Scarborough Magistrates' Court at a later date.
