Witnesses sought after man publicly exposes himself in Scarborough

Officers are appealing for information about an incident of outraging public decency and exposure after reports of a man exposing himself from a window on Victoria Road on April 27 at about 7.30pm.

Police are aware that photos linked to the incident are circulating on social media.
