
Danielle Collins, 38, of Holyrood Avenue, a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year old boy - who can not be named for legal reasons - were arrested after police were called to Holyrood Avenue on Friday night.
A 16-year-old girl - who also can not be named - has been charged with assaulting an emergency worker and two public order offences.
All four have been bailed with conditions and are due to appear at court next month.
Police say they received multiple calls at around 11pm on Friday reporting a noisy disturbance at a property.
