Woman's purse snatched as she was in Scarborough off-licence

Police are investigating after a woman's purse was snatched in Scarborough.

The victim was in Bargain Booze in High Street, Eastfield, when the theft happened.

The purse is described as brown and tan with a leopard print pattern and made of a leather-type material.

Anyone with information about the theft, which happened at around 5.30pm on Friday, February 26, should call police via 101, quoting reference number 12210068629.
