Dog killed by 4x4 on path in Yorkshire Coast woodland: Police appeal for information
Police are investigating a crash which killed a dog in Yorkshire Coast woodland.
The dog was involved in a collision with a car on a pathway through the woodland in Sandsend.
Unfortunately the animal died from its injuries.
The accident happened between 2pm and 2.30pm on Wednesday, April 7 and the vehicle involved was a black 4x4.

The driver has been identified and is currently assisting North Yorkshire Police with their inquiries. Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who remembers seeing the vehicle before the accident to get in touch as soon as possible.
