The team from Flamborough RNLI were called out at 12.35pm on Sunday July 19 to help two adults and two children spotted at Five Arches, near North Landing.

The family were taken aboard and returned to the beach at North Landing.

The crew checked no one else had been cut off and that some kayakers at Thornwick Bay did not need any help before being stood down.
