Five new road names unveiled

Five new roads have been opened at a development of new homes and an Extra Care centre in Middle Deepdale, Scarborough.

Crossdale Way, The Boulevard, Malling Avenue, Ramsdale Walk and Claygate Way are the new addresses for residents at the Cornelian Fields site and staff working for Kebbell Homes recently celebrated the installation of the new street plates.

Mike Mulligan, northern development director, said: “We are delighted to unveil the new street names and to officially open the new roads at Middle Deepdale, which are important milestones in this exciting project. This essential infrastructure has opened up Middle Deepdale to Scarborough and its neighbouring villages.”

Kebbell Homes is working alongside Keepmoat, Scarborough Borough Council, Northern Regeneration, North Yorkshire County Council and housing and care provider Sanctuary Group.
