Great idea to use shipping containers as a pop-up cafe
I like the idea of using shipping containers to provide a pop-up cafe in Scarborough.
It seems fitting with the times as shipping containers are now used for offices, music stages and even classrooms. They are easy to customise and transport. They can be ready to use within a short period of time.
It would be in keeping with London trends and fit well with Scarborough’s recycling ethos, and would certainly improve the present derelict appearance of the Windmill site. Sounds like a no-brainer to me.
