Letter: Concern after seeing new Premier Inn plans

RE the new Premier Inn near the waterpark in Scarborough:

Six floors are too high for residential area.

I was horrified when I saw the plans for this new hotel with six floors - far too high for a residential area; surely there should be a maximum of two/three.

Let’s hope the planners don’t allow another blot.
