Letter: Dog fouling offenders are close to home
I fully support efforts on dog fouling. In walking my dog everyday along the seafront covering a 4.5 mile loop, I have come across dog fouling which are blatantly visible.
What I would like to stress is that it is not the tourists that are guilty but local residents as the route is away from guest houses and caravan sites.
