Letter: Muddy roads and wayward cats ...
Just two questions.
Is Scarborough Council intending to market Burniston Road between Peasholm Park roundabout and Cross Lane as allotments and market gardens once they have had sufficient soil and mud deposited there?
Also, as we have already had the regulation annual letter(s) regarding dog fouling in your paper, why does no one ever complain about the irresponsible cat owners who allow their cats to roam at will and constantly defecate in their neighbours’ gardens?
Have they never heard of training their “pets” to use a cat litter?
