Man due before Scarborough court on fraud and theft charges
A man is due to appear before Scarborough Magistrates' Court to face fraud and theft charges.
The 26-year-old is accused of using a local woman’s bank card to withdraw cash on June 1 and 2.
North Yorkshire Police said today that he has been charged with two counts of committing fraud by false representation and two counts of theft.
He will appear before town magistrates on July 24.
