Man on Scarborough rooftop for several hours: 'There were police everywhere'
Police were called after concern for a man on a Scarborough rooftop on Friday.

Officers were reported to be stopping people from getting too close to a flat on Peel Terrace - at the back of North Marine Road - where the man was on the roof.
He is understood to have been there for several hours.
One woman, who did not want to be named, said: "There were police everywhere. They were at the top of Albert Street and stopping people from getting to close too the flat.
"I saw them there at 4.45pm and they were there until about 8pm."
