Mark Starkey, musical director of the festival, said: “We have hand picked a really strong line up, while keeping ticket prices low.

“A full adult weekend ticket with parking and camping is only £15 making it immense value for money.

“Having been to a number of festivals myself, it gets very pricey – especially if you wanted to take the whole family.”

Friday headliners are Black Delta Movement from Hull who have a huge following and are currently on a European tour. Their style is psychedelic garage rock and have a unique sound with two drummers.

Saturday headliner is Andy Bennett from Ocean Colour Scene who will be playing an acoustic set. Andy released his solo album last November entitled Thinkin’ Drinkin’ Singin’.

Alongside the music there will be a good selection of real ales along with other beverages, food stalls and things for children to do.

Mark said: “I really want local people to get behind this festival and come along to enjoy themselves.”
