Oliver's Mount circuit on track for continued success
This year sees the 70th anniversary of racing at Oliver’s Mount - the only road racing circuit in England, and also 50 years of the Auto 66 club which holds four of the biggest road racing events in the club calendar at the Scarborough circuit.
In the Royal Hotel on Saturday, Oliver’s Mount revealed its plans for the coming season and beyond in the company of racing legends Ian Lougher (the most successful rider ever at Oliver’s Mount), Mick Grant, MotoGP rider Sam Lowes and current heroes of road racing Dean Harrison, Ivan Lintin and home-grown star James Cowton.

Hide AdScott Beaumont, commercial director, said: “This is a huge year for the Auto 66 Club and for Oliver’s Mount. Peter Hillaby did an amazing job starting the club and producing some of the stars that are sat here now.
“It is England’s only road racing circuit, that is something that we are very proud of and with the increase in popularoty of road racing we are looking for the events to be bigger and better than they have been in 2015.”
