Letter: If mourners not doing any harm ...

The Woodlands Cemetery is one of the best kept cemeteries I have seen and deserves an award for those who keep it that way. I certainly don’t think it’s like a disco as was claimed by a councillor, a comment that bears no resemblance to the calming peaceful atmosphere I enjoy when visiting my father-in-law’s grave especially at dusk when you see the lights.

A grave is there for people to remember their loved ones in whatever way they see fit and as long as they do no harm or damage they should be left to grieve in peace.
