Steve Kittrick: Time to maintain our focus

All the teams are continuing to play catch-up at the moment, which is starting to make things very interesting.

At this stage of the season you get some very interesting results, especially on Tuesday nights, due to the fact that some players have work commitments.

So by the end of the month, things will have a more realistic look when all of the teams in the play-off chase have played the same amount of games.

All of these teams have each other to play, so anything could still happen.

We know exactly what we need to do, the lads know their jobs.

It is about being honest with ourselves and working hard in the games we play.

We have to win the games in front of us as well, starting with Tuesday night at Ramsbottom.

It is the old adage, one game at a time.

We have everyone availble for Tuesday, which is a bonus, especially at this stage of the season.

Lads like Craig Nelthorpe are really showing their commitment because he has taken a day’s holiday to play at Ramsbottom United.

We picked up a win against Kendal on Tuesday, following on from two good league draws, so we are coming into a bit of form, which at the moment, is very important.
