Parents in Scarborough who had locked themselves out of their home with their two children inside had to call firefighters out to help.

A crew from Scarborough Fire Station were called out to assist the concerned mum and dad at their home on North Marine Road at 1.41pm on Saturday.
They used a door enforcer and small tools to get the locked door open and reunite the parents with their children.
Both youngsters were unharmed.
